Aqours faces a double crisis. Their school merges, forcing them to find a new practice space. The new school sends them to a rundown branch, believing them to be detrimental to their current clubs. Determined to change this view, Aqours sets out on a mission. But their efforts are complicated when their third-year members mysteriously vanish on their graduation trip. Aqours must fight for their place while searching for their missing seniors.

Nina Iseri leaves high school, aims for Tokyo university. One girl betrayed by friends, another abandoned by parents, both struggle with part-time jobs. Yet, they all long for a place to belong and find solace through singing.
