In this case of mistaken identity, jittery bride-to-be Vanessa Sinclair (Rachael Leigh Cook) confesses her sins of desire not to a priest but to the local lothario (Kenny Doughty) -- the carpenter who happens to be repairing the confessional. In her ardor, Vanessa beseeches the "priest" to stay by her side and keep her honest; in his lust, he agrees, determined to seduce her. Soon, however, lust turns to love, and a wedding must be stopped.
Alex, a prison guard, is offered a large sum by a VIP prisoner to seduce and defraud his wife, who dumped him and ran off with his loot after he was put behind bars. Once the plan is underway though, Alex begins to fall for her.
