John Vaseegaran (Vaseegaran), a young business magnate & one of India's richest men, also happens to be a kleptomaniac, who steals an expensive diamond during an expo, bringing suspicion on Vidya Sadagopan (Priyamani), the girl who was in charge of the diamond during the expo. To prove herself innocent, Vidya takes up a job as Vaseegaran's secretary, to retrieve the diamond. Vaseegaran, who was obsessed with the story of Cinderella from his childhood, starts seeing his Cinderella, in Vidya.

Akbar Ahmed aka "Akki" (Prithviraj) is a young director who achieved success with his debut movie "Brothers". Krishnakumar aka Kichu (Prithviraj), a freshman, is brutally assaulted by his senior Sudhi (Bala), the youngest brother of the notorious Karimbanakattil brothers & his gang, after Sudhi takes offence to Kichu hanging out with Anjana Sivaraman (Priyamani), whom Sudhi had an eye on & whom Anjana's parents had agreed to marry off to Sudhi after college. The beating takes a severe toll on Kichu, more mentally than physically, & he returns to college a changed man, with a ferocious disposition.

Wealthy businessman C.E.
