85 88% Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) - Feb 06, 2023
"It is a fine line when you make fun of yourself while asking the auditions to emotionally engage in you, but somehow it worked for me. I laughed a lot and I was actually moved close to tears by the end."
70 71% Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) - Feb 06, 2023
"It is a tough task to live up to Avatar after 13 years, and the sequel fails. It is gorgeous, but also a little shallow. My main issue is the Na’vi, I don’t find them emotionally engaging. I missed having more humans, and especially I missed the real Lang. Somehow, he was more scary as a human. Despite the flaws of the film, I still found parts of it jaw dropping."
80 84% Top Gun: Maverick (2022) - Feb 06, 2023
"Great high paced entertainment. Love for the original is not needed at all."
60 57% Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (2022) - Feb 06, 2023
"Still enjoyable, but a lot weaker than the first one. I enjoyed the setting and I liked most of the characters. But the ending left me with a very empty feeling."
60 57% Elvis (2022) - Feb 06, 2023
"I honestly didn’t know Tom Hanks could be terrible, but he sure is in this. He singlehandedly wrecks what could have been a pretty decent biopic. I like that the film goes for something beyond the standard biopic formula, and it has great energy, but the Parker portrayal is unforgivable."
85 88% Cobra Kai (2018) - Oct 11, 2022
"One of the most watchable shows ever. Cheesy, fun and entertaining. Johnny Lawrence is one of the best TV characters and Silver is a great villain. Season ranking: 4 > 5 > 1 > 3 > 2."
70 71% The Orchestra (2022) - Oct 11, 2022
40 31% Look Both Ways (2022) - Oct 11, 2022
"Why the hell use a high concept mechanism to split your below average chick flick in to two below average chick flicks. Pointless and irritating."
30 20% Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022) - Oct 11, 2022
"Like the second entry it is weak and pointless. And I bare remember anything about it."
85 88% Only Murders in the Building (2021) - Sep 28, 2022
"This is an amazing show. Funny, likeably, and charming. Both Martin and Short are perfect. I want more."
