On the evening before her first day of work, new nurse Nanase (Mone Kamihiraishi) is preparing for her first day of work, thinking about her reunion with her longed-for teacher Tendo (Takeru Sato). While walking outside in a buoyant mood, she bumps into someone coming out of an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) and falls to the ground. Yuka (Ai Yoshikawa), a nurse, visits Nekoda (Mariou Kuroba) at a tavern to have her fortune told on what she should do to become a full-fledged nurse before anyone else does. Kozue (Kimi Takiuchi) happens to hear this and later wears a cardigan she pulled out from the back of the wardrobe, and as her fortune tells her, she begins to feel Raiyu's (Katsuya Maimoku) eyes on her.
Yuka (Ai Yoshikawa) is becoming aware of her love for Raisei (Katsuya Maimuma), and Nekoda (Mario Kuroba) tells her to “make your wish come true” and offers her further “guidance in love.” Yuka begins to fantasize about her dream situation of going to work with Raisei in the morning, and immediately creates a SNS account and secretly posts her feelings for him.
When Hitoshi (Keisuke Watanabe) finds out that Ryuko (Karina) is Tendo's (Takeru Sato) sister and Koishikawa's (Koushi Yamamoto) ex-girlfriend, the bartender Nekoda (Mario Kuroba) appears before him drinking sake alone at a bar. The result is... “The great reversal will come with the event of love! Hitoshi (Keisuke Watanabe) finds out that Ryuko (Karina) is Tendo's (Takeru Sato) sister and Koishikawa's (Koshi Yamamoto) ex-girlfriend. Hitoshi (Keisuke Watanabe) learns from Nekoda's (Mario Kuroba) crystal ball fortune-telling that “the big turnaround will come with the love event! Hitoshi prepares handmade chocolates for Ryuko for Valentine's Day. He also decides to attach a letter expressing his feelings.
Koishikawa (Koji Yamamoto) hears from Ryuko (Karina) that her parents have recommended an arranged marriage, and asks Nekoda (Mario Kuroba) to tell his fortune about “the person (Ryuko) he used to love. Koishikawa is upset and wonders if Ryuko still has feelings for him. As Koishikawa is upset, Sayoko (Nana Katase) arrives. As Koishikawa is upset, Sayoko (Nana Katase) arrives. He wonders if he should be the one to arrange a marriage match.
Hitoshi (Keisuke Watanabe) is preoccupied with Ryuko. He is unable to concentrate on practicing for the play he is going to perform at the pediatrics department's “Spring Festival Fun Day” event. Saseko (Nana Katase), who is in charge of the rehearsals, is even more enthusiastic about the play because of Nekoda's (Mario Kuroba) fortune-telling, and she gives Hitoshi strict instructions.
Ryuko (Karina) sees Koishikawa (Koshi Yamamoto) and Hitoshi (Keisuke Watanabe) hugging each other and realizes that they are mistaken for each other because of the guidance of fortune-telling from Nekoda (Mario Kuroba), who calls himself “the god of a shrine famous for its beckoning cat for marriage. Ryuko is told about the history of Nekoda's fortune-telling, and he tells her about a woman named “Oryu”, who Nekoda divined 100 years ago.
Nanase (Mone Kamihiraishi) is happily married to Tendo (Takeru Sato). While walking around the hospital, she bumps into Nekoda (Mario Kuroba), who is dressed as a new nurse.
