Jakob Sesam, a once-renowned inventor and the creative mind behind the "Hello Spencer" puppet series, now lives with his puppets in a former disco. When the building is suddenly set to be sold, putting their home at risk, Jakob urgently needs ten million to stop the demolition. Faced with losing everything, he and his puppets hatch a plan: they'll make a movie.
