The Inter-dimensional Crime Group Gangler is using the items of the elusive Lupin Collection to attack Earth, but Kairi Yano, Toma Yoimachi and Umika Hayami are three mysterious thieves who stand up against them as the Lupinrangers, with the objective of stealing the collection back from their hands.

The Lupinrangers encounter the three policemen who have the ability to transform into the Patrangers. For the possession of the Lupin Collection, a three-way battle between the thieves, the cops and Gangler begins.

The Patrangers make a stop at Bistrot Jurer which happens to be the Lupinrangers' hideout. The Lupinrangers then decide to take the opportunity and attempt to steal their VS Changers.

The Patrangers investigate mysterious disappearances occurring in closed rooms and a stuffed animal is the only clue they have.

When the Patrangers get their hands on two new VS Vehicles, the Lupinrangers and Gangler step in to fight them for their possession.

Keiichiro is upset about his defeat to Lupin Red and is eager for a rematch, but his companions step in to remember him where his heart should be.

One of the members of the Raimon Gang has been defeated, but both, the Lupinranger and the Patranger are currently unaware of the whereabouts of the other two escaped Gangler members. They are assuming that they are hiding somewhere in the Human World. Meanwhile, Kairi hears of an interesting pendant that is currently trending and in search of potential buyers. The Global Police also appear on the scene when advised of a suspicious buyer there.

With his subordinates defeated, Raimon confronts the Lupinrangers and the Patrangers, who are forced to join forces against him.

Noel and Umika infiltrate an illegal auction featuring a piece of the Lupin Collection to make a successful bid for it, but the situation gets complicated when the Patrangers appear at the scene.

Each for their own reasons, Toma and Sakuya start training under a mysterious martial artist.

It's Umika's birthday and her father appears to visit her, when the Lupinrangers must deal with Dogranio's plan to shorten the lifespan of humanity.

While taking a vacation, Keiichiro and Kairi meet by coincidence at a hot spring resort, just when a seemingly harmless Gangler appears.

The Patrangers are surprised when a Gangler appears at the GSPO to turn himself in. Meanwhile, Gauche continues with her experiments following her own agenda.

Gauche unleashes a powerful monster with multiple abilities, and Noel insists that the Patrangers must team up with the Lupinrangers again to face it, but Keiichiro opposes the idea, and they decide to settle it with a duel.

A new Gangler, Envy Chiruda has appeared! Although the thieves didn't suspect the wind-based attacks of the Gangler, they didn't notice that they were turned into children! Furthermore, the Global Police confiscated their VS Changers once they arrived on the scene. Kairi, Toma, and Umika devise a plan to sneak into police headquarters, but can they fool Sakuya and the others?

GoodStriker suddenly appears at Bistro Jurer. Apparently he's come to alert the thieves that Noël has gotten caught in a trap while searching for the lair of Arsene Lupin. Kairi and the others are about to head out, when just then...! Meanwhile, the Gangler, Kerbero Gangan has stolen an important gun from a museum. The three officers of the Global Police rush to suppress the Gangler but are suddenly overwhelmed by the power of the gun that he wields. Just what on Earth is it?

As Kairi came in to open the cafe for the day, he suddenly encounters Kogure inside. He wants to try some espresso before he lets the Lupinrangers in on the latest piece of the Collection. Just then the Gangler, Doryun Samp appears and starts to split people's personalities. Not to mention that Kogure, who got caught in the crossfire, had his personalities split up into "Good Kogure", "Bad Kogure", and "Ordinary Kogure".

The Global Police have now closed in on the hidden location of the Gangler, Pekka Zeppelin. However, thanks to Pekka's mysterious abilities, Sakuya misses the Gangler and shoots at Keiichiro and Tsukasa instead. Naturally, Sakuya is upset with himself, until he comes across a mysterious necklace that is said to calm people's anger. Meanwhile, the phantom thieves have identified Pekka's Collection as one that can twist things to their advantage. But just as they set out to collect it...

The Gangler, Yadogar Gohome, engages in a three-way battle with the phantom thieves and the police officers! Yadogar however, will use his unique ability to send everyone back to the places they've always longed to return to. It's not a dangerous ability, but both teams will be unable to defeat the Gangler if they are unable to leave their homes. Both the phantom thieves and the police officers are thinking of clever ways to counterattack, however...

The Lupinrangers and the Patrangers are racing against each other to secure a VS vehicle located in Earth's orbit, but this time, they will face the top echelons of Gangler.

Zamigo Delma reappears and determined to avenge his brother, Kairi confronts him using his new VS Vehicle while Noël Takao uncovers some interesting info about the enemy.

Kairi is behaving stranger than usual, and his colleagues decide to follow him, just when a Ganglar appears on their way and uses his powers to make them even more worried about him.

Touma and Tsukasa get stranded in the Ganglar homeworld and must work together to return home, the former taking care to maintain his cover.

The Lupinrangers and the Patrangers are attacked by Destra Maggio, one of Ganglar's top echelons, and must give their all against him if they want to survive.

The police force and the phantom thieves together were able to defeat and destroy Destra Majjo! The Gangler, Toka Gale finds and fights against the three core members of the team, however, Toka Gale's safe has already been emptied! It seems that someone already beat them to it! The man who observed their fight speaks with Keiichiro and Tsukasa. He was the man who came from two police schools, the man who once belonged to their fighting force, Satoru Shinonome...!

Revealed to have originated from the same dimension as the Gangler, Noel must now deal having losing the trust of the Lupinrangers and the Patrangers as he is forced to reveal his full story to them.

Sakuya invites his fellow Patrangers to help with a Christmas party, only to learn that the Gangler member Samon Shakekisutanchin is stealing chicken dinners; matters worsen upon confirmation of how Gangler members assume human disguises.

On New Year's day, the Lupinrangers are trapped in an illusionary world by a Gangler and Keiichiro discovers that some of Zamigo's victims include Kairi, Touma and Umika's loved ones and is once again suspicious of them.

Though Keiichiro is certain about the Lupinrangers' identities, Sakuya refuses to accept Umika to be Lupin Yellow and confronts her.

Noël surrenders himself to Gauche, who intended to dissect him before Dogranio decides to hold a broadcast public execution to force the Lupinrangers and Patrangers into an obvious trap.

With their identities exposed, the Lupinrangers get into hiding while learning the significance behind Dogranio's golden safe.

The Lupinrangers and Zamigo's showdown reaches its climatic conclusion while the Patrangers fight to defend the city against Dogranio and his forces.

The Patrangers have their final battle against Dogranio, who greatly overpowers them until the Lupinrangers use their collection book to extract all the pieces in Dogranio's possession so the Patrangers and Patren X can defeat him.
