A group of young pirates come from space to Earth to obtain the "Greatest Treasure in the Universe" (??????? Uchû Saidai no Otakara), which can only be acquired after obtaining the "Greater Powers" of the different 34 Super Sentai Teams. However, they end up facing the Space Empire Zangyack, whose earlier invasion forces were wiped out by the 34 Sentai groups long ago before a new invasion force is established under Commander Warz Gill, the emperor's son. The five space Pirates come to earth to find the greatest Treasure in the Universe.
The Gokaigers have fought Zangyack head-on. In order to quickly obtain the biggest treasure in the universe and escape from Earth, they have their navigation robot, Navi, tell them where the treasure is. However, the answer is vague: "Look for the man in black". With no other clues, they go down to Earth to look for it, when a boy in a school uniform calls out to them, saying he knows where the treasure is...
After the Gokai Galleon makes a crash landing in a volcano, the Gokaigers are attacked by Action Commander Salamandam. Elsewhere, Captain Marvelous and Don Dogoier meet the prophesied man dressed in black.

The Gokaiger crew goes out to find him using the sixth warrior Ranger Keys acquired from Basco ta Jolokia to fight Action Commander Almadon who wants to bomb the city. And the Gokaigers are approached by an Earthling young man who wants to be their sixth member.
Gai tells the team on the Gokai Galleon how he got three Greater Powers from three particular Sentai heroes. Marvelous confiscates his powers, putting Gai to the test to show him something Marvelous cannot do.

The Go-Ongers' support robot Bomper contacts the Gokaigers, revealing that Sosuke needs back up in Gunman World to deal with one of the surviving members of the Gaiark Clan. However, Captain Marvelous refuses to help out.

The former TimeYellow, Domon, tells the Gokaigers that they must go back in time to save a temple that was mysteriously destroyed. During their search for the culprit, they find the Shinkengers and Goseigers in their own battle.
The emperor arrives and dispatches a powerful villain, whom Ahim plans to stop on her own.
After a battle, the Gokai Galleon crew discovers a magazine feature that says that Don Dogoier is a famous warrior who once slayed a powerful dragon, but Doc reveals that he actually has no memories from before he joined the Gokaigers. Damaras joins forces with Basco in an attempt to exact his revenge on the pirates.
