A beautiful retelling of the Christmas story; your enjoyment may hinge on whether you believe in that or not. In her later religious short (The Lost Son), she sticks straight to the story; here, she includes a short bit with "the powers of evil" who slow down some travelers to Jerusalem. It's that segment that really showcases her creativity. My only criticism is that the angels look like clip art; I think I would have liked plain white silhouettes.
