The main characters in the movie are small airplane pilots, and they take aerial photographs. They noticed in some of the photographs rocks at the top of the hill, and then later photographs the rocks were at the bottom of the hill. Then they found out that this area had an earthquake. There was always some artifact in the photograph in the before picture, and they figure out that this artifact shows up just before an earthquake so they figure out there going to be an earthquake in a small town and they try to save the people. The end of the movie they’re flying out in their airplane as the runway is buckling.

Looking for an old movie from the 70s. May have been made for TV not sure.
