You can really tell the original squad showed how things went down during the filming. So it’s hyper realistic and that means a lot of gnarly wounds and a lot of gnarly screaming. The directors made a delightful choice: no music! What a relief! What a godly gift from the heavens! No music!

Most of it is a good example of what i call competency porn and it’s always nice to see Riz Ahmed in the lead. The i’s of the intrige and plot are neatly dotted and time flies by. The ending loses that thread however and it deserved a better twist.
