ignore user/TCI

Wondering how Criticker works, or have a question that doesn't seem to fit under requests or bugs?

If my top 1000 TCIs are stored in the database, and I ignore a bunch of users, will they still be stored in the database or will other users' TCIs fill in the 1000?
