A movie from the 60s/70s with Malcom McDowell or lookalike

Weird movie - I know, typical for Malcolm McDowell and this period.

The lead character seems to lead different lives through different scenes. In one scene, he is travelling in a van with a rock band. In another, he enters a church and it's full of fresh fruit, and a woman is sitting next to the fruit, possibly with exposed breasts. In another scene, he sees a man jump out of a window to his death, or possibly from the top of a building.

Please help, I would really appreciate it!
