PSI Generation Bug?

I get recommendations for movies with a high PSI. When I go to the movie page of the suggested movie, the PSI is much lower.

Example:
MingusDew thinks...
MingusDew is one of your top users
Your TCI: 2.3392
MingusDew recommends
The Day the Earth Stood Still - 91

Movie page: PSI 78

Also, I don't see MingusDew with a TCI of 2.3392 as one of my top users (Sorry, MingusDew....). I have some users with a TCI of 2.0 (too high too in my opinion to be considered as top users...)

The score shown is not the PSI, but what MingusDew thinks of the movie.
