Newly ranked films not showing color or tier

When I rank new films, starting today, the color of the ranking is grey and it doesn't show the tier. The film still shows up where it should in "All Your Rankings" though.

edit: The color is there on Recent Rankings in the profile, but the tier still isn't.

Strange -- I see this as happening for you, but not necessarily more users.

There have been some issues since the server move, with users that have a large number of rankings. It could be that the tier-generation is timing out, or running out of memory.

We'll look into it very soon.

Some more information. I've found that my new rankings aren't generating new TCIs with other users. I also have avgcrtckr as my kumpel and I've noticed the same problem happening with that account, only it doesn't show the color either.

The new rankings still seem to be ordered on filmmaker profile pages though.

edit: Oh yeah, and I'm not sure if its related but one ranking has disappeared or rather it never registered in the first place. It happened this morning. (4/26)
