IMDb import tool do not add ratings properly

IMDb import tool does not add ratings to the page of the movie.

A friend of mine import his IMDb ratings and when I was looking at the 'Captain America: Civil War' page it doesnt showed there, but worked when he deleted the rating and add manually again.

So, I guess the IMDb import tool is not properly adding ratings... just works manually. :/

The problem is with every film added with the IMDb import tool.

Sorry it's taken some time to answer you. We still can't reproduce this, and other users have been importing from IMDB without any problems. If your friend is still having issues, can you have him send us the CSV file exported from IMDB? (Please send it to support@criticker.com) We'll have to take a look by hand.
