"Not enough breadth in ratings" eventhough the rating system seems perfectly fine

Criticker says that it's "not possible to generate TCIs with this account, because it doesn't have enough breadth in ratings" about this account https://www.criticker.com/profile/seetolearn/ but I believe this person has perfectly acceptable rating system.

This is histogram of this person's ratings and I don't see how it could possibly not have "enough breadth".

Yeah, I agree -- I've set his account manually to work normally now, and have made an action item to figure out how it got set like that to begin with. That setting is really just for those accounts who rank everything with a single number (or two).
