Hi,
There appears to be a recent issue with XML exporting where the export only shows the first 1,000 ratings alphabetically rather than all ratings. This didn't appear to be the issue a couple months ago (last tested 3rd May) so appears to be quite a recent issue.

Yeah, this is something we're aware of. We had to limit how many titles can be exported at a time, because of memory issues. You can get to additional ratings by adding "&p=2" for "page two", "&p=3", etc.
This is a temporary work around, and we plan on coming up with a better solution soon! Sorry about the issue!

Thanks for the update.
Just to let you know that trying the XML files now it is now only exporting 60 titles so would be quite a significant effort to export over 4,000 ratings across multiple files whilst before it was all in one export.
