DSP Jayaprakash aka Jay (Prabhu) has long been on the trail of dreaded criminal David Billa (Ajith) & finally kills him by accident. To catch the whole of Billa's gang, along with his boss, the mysterious Jagadish, Jay gets Velu (Ajith), Billa's lookalike, to pose as Billa & infiltrate his gang. In an encounter, Jay gets killed, & the blame falls on Velu, whom the cops assume to be Billa. Velu goes on the run, with the cops & Jagadish's gang, who learned that he isn't Billa, on his tail.

Bus owner & conductor Zakir Hussain (Mammootty) gets into a mess when his nephew Najeeb's (Jayasurya) pregnant girlfriend Sugandhi (Bhavana) shows up, after she leaves her own home for good to be with Najeeb. With Najeeb away in Dubai for work & Zakir's own sister Celina's (Mamtha Mohandas) wedding around the corner, Zakir tries to hide Sugandhi till Najeeb got back, with disastrous results.

In this threequel to 'Mimics Parade (1991)' & 'Kasargode Khadarbhai (1992)', Jimmy (Asokan), Unni (Jagadish) & Manoj (Baiju) returns for a visit to celebrate Fr. Tharakandam's (Innocent) 60th birthday. While performing at a jail, they run across & have a fight with criminal Kasim (Babu Antony) whom they had jailed in 'Kasargode Khadarbhai'. Later, Kasim is killed & the blame falls on them. Kasim's estranged half-brother Amir Ajmal (Suresh Krishna) also lands in town to seek revenge against them.

Short-tempered Kamban (Uday Kiran) leaves home after a fight with his father, Valluvanar (Avinash), a famous upright politician, & gets conned by his father's political rivals into joining their party. Realizing his folly, he decides to stay away for a while & escapes to Colombo, Sri Lanka, where he meets the girl of his dreams, Shilpa (Vimala Raman), & egged on by a metaphysical character (K. Sudeep (Sudeep), a ruthless billionaire & serial womanizer, falls for the only girl who wasn't attracted to his charms - Bindu (Samantha Ruth Prabhu). But when Sudeep learns that Bindu has a man in her life, Nani (Nani), Sudeep kills him in cold blood. Nani is reborn as a common housefly with a taste for revenge.
