Loose adaptation of L. Frank Baum's "The Marvelous Land of Oz". Young Tip escapes from the witch Mombi with his new friend, Jack Pumpkinhead, in tow. He soon encounters General Jinjur, who, with her all-girl Army of Revolt, intends to overthrow the Scarecrow, now ruler of the Emerald City. It's up to Tip and his friends (also including the Tin Woodman and H.M. Woggle-Bug T.E.) to save the day.
