This film concerns Bullet (Yukari Oshima) a fierce female gangster who is fresh out of stir and her friend and fellow kung-fu enthusiast Chitty (Moon Lee). Though Bullet is free, she is being closely monitored by her cop father and his fearsome companion known only as "Big Aunt" (Sibelle Hu). As the film progresses, Bullet gets embroiled in the affairs of her friend May, who is being blackmailed into prostitution, by stealing some gems belonging to notorious gangster Chin Bo (Wong Chi-yeung). The story follows Chin Siu Ho and the rarely seen Lee Ga Sing as Wu Shu experts coming over from Mainland China to live with their uncle - Liu Chia Liang and his daughter Moon Lee. Immediately upon arrival, they inadvertently get into a fight with some gangsters and incur the wrath of their crime boss.
