A Turkish agent spoof, K9 is trying to carry the western spoof genre to its cultural environment. During the NATO convention in Istanbul a terrorist called 'Deşifre' changes the DNA's of the world leaders and the clumsy agent K9 tries to stop them.

The comedy SüperTürk adds a little twist to the well-known story of Superman: not just one, but two infants were sent to Earth from the planet Krypton. One landed in America and the other in Turkey, in a small town named Küçükköy, in the backyard of the house Abdullah shares with his wife. The couple adopt the baby and name him Ekber.
