Fresh out of a 14-year stint in prison, Ray "Elvis" Patterson (William Forsythe) hits the streets of Las Vegas, looking for a taste of adventure. He finds it in Rita (Kari Wuhrer), a hot girl in a hot car who seems plenty interested in getting to know him.
