Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents Ethan Carter (Dean Cain) and Julie Sanders (Jennifer Beals) are on a mission to infiltrate a radical militia group led by a madman (Stacey Keach) who's devised a plot to assassinate the U.S. president. Once that's done, he plans to overthrow the government with the aid of anthrax-loaded missiles. But no one is who or she appears to be -- and the clock is ticking -- in this action-packed thriller.
