Cat III flick about a rapist and murderer in a small farming community in Mainland China. The film starts with the killer in jail, with the cops trying to torture a confession out of him. He eventually relents and the rest of the movie is told in flashback as the killer spills his guts to the cops. He starts off ogling his sister in the bath and slashing up porn mags, but quickly graduates to killing women with a hammer and raping their corpses.
