Having lost a lot of money in making movies, two young directors turn to advertising spots. They keep trying to return to "real movies" and get funding.While having the same problems, they have different ambitions. The one is a conformist, while the other a communist, dreaming of political movies.

Anna, a teenage ballerina, is severely injured in an accident, seemingly ending her dream. In rehab, she befriends Rainer, a paralyzed patient, who helps her regain hope. Anna eventually recovers and resumes dancing. (imdb)
