Middle aged Kalidasan (Lal), an archaeologist & a foodie, lives a bachelor life with his companion & cook Babu (Baburaj). His nephew Manu Raghav (Asif Ali) comes to his place in search of a job. Kalidasan's boring life gets a new twist when a wrong call from Maya (Shweta Menon), a spinster, develops into a deep bond. However, when it was time for a meeting, Kalidasan & Maya both develop cold feet. Kalidasan sends Manu, pretending to be him & Maya sends her much younger pal Meenakshi (Mythili).
55-year old Michael (Prathap K. Pothan), who had been settled abroad for the past 30 years, comes to Kerala for a vacation & looks up his 4 highschool friends - Antony Gonsalves (Babu Antony), Madan Mohan (Manian Pillai Raju), K.C. Luke John Prakash (Sekhar Menon) is an obese young man who has always been the object of ridicule since childhood. When his childhood sweetheart Ann Marie (Ann Augustine) returns to his life, he is smitten, but she dupes Luke into joining an Ayurveda weight-loss scam run by Rahul (Nivin Pauly), of which she too was a part of. When Luke learns the truth, he channels his anger by running for the Mayor of Kochi & wins. Later, Ann comes clean & provides testimony using which Luke takes down Rahul.
ACP Pouran (Prithviraj), who had been itching to prove himself in the police force, implicates 2 street performers - Jumper Thampi (Baburaj) & Cross-belt Mani (Vinod Chemban) - after mistaking Thampi for the international terrorist Khalid Qureshi (Baburaj). They get the death sentence, but when Pouran learns that they are innocent, he tries to save them, but soon learns that the political machinery has no interest in freeing them.
