Comedian Anders "Ankan" Johansson has almost nothing planned for the day and finds it difficult to say "no". He accepts dubious gigs from his scatterbrain booking agent, promises to help out his ambitious girlfriend and tries to be a good neighbour. Unexpected complications always ensue, but nothing to do except keep trudging along.

Police management gives Johan Falk and his colleagues at the group for specific action orders to deploy all means against organized crime when a female prosecutor subjected to an explosive attack. When the media finds out about the attack they accuse the police of not raw on crime.
