Biography: Born in 1953 Gerald Kargl was very fond of the art of film. He was the founder of the film festiva "Die Österrischen Filmtage". He created many short films and commercials to gain enouch money to create his dream. In 1983 he finally had enough money to film "Angst". The film had its cult-following but never had a big audience.

A man is released from prison after serving four years for murdering an elderly woman. He quickly begins to feel the compulsion to kill again.
