10 year old Fee from Romania is sold to a child merchant in Berlin and forced to work as a prostitute in a club in Berlin. Officers Wegemann and Hansen keep the club under surveillance and contact federal prosecutor Lessing who gets interested when she hears that her friend judge Neidhart is one of the wooers. But the culprits have contacts to the top level and always seem to be one step ahead of the investigators.
