In the waiting room of the station of Auvernaux, the atmosphere is animated. Several passengers who missed their train, discuss the killer of young girls that rages in the region. While the criminal may well be in the vicinity, pursued by the police, a journalist conducts the investigation inside the station.

Larry Laine, an Interpol agent who poses as a journalist, knows that Franz, a night club owner and head of a drug ring, has the list of all the traffickers in the Antwerp region in his possession.
