For 30-year-old film-maker Zosia, things couldn't really get much worse. In a bid to establish whether or not she's missed out on being with her one true love, the now single Zosia sets out on a quest to meet up with all of her previous partners. Głęboka Woda (Deep Water) is a series about the employees and residents of a social welfare center. In their professional careers, they encounter various problems: alcoholism, domestic violence, drug addiction, homelessness and unemployment. They help exploited, illegal workers, immigrants from the East, and the Gypsy minority. They often deal with the problem of orphanage of children of Polish emigrants or children from broken families.
