In Hong Kong's Paradise Cove, Sharon and Rachel work at their kung-fu master uncle's restaurant while competing in volleyball matches. The wealthy Bu family has plans to redevelop the beach. After beating the girls in a volleyball match, Mrs. Bu's daughters give them a challenge: if they win an upcoming tournament, Mrs. Bu will change her plans to redevelop the area.
