Nicholas Shields

Two young men from different worlds must work together or die after they become lost in the vast Canadian wilderness. They discover that they have a lot to learn from each other's cultures. Once they begin to appreciate their differences, their friendship flourishes. Still, they will need outside help, along with their best efforts, to survive.

A child is traumatized when his father, a stuntman, dies in an attempt to go over Niagara Falls. Later, his mother meets and marries a truck driver, and things seem to be going OK.
