When a body washes ashore on the backwaters of Kerala, three women - Revamma (Padmapriya), Pemmena (Kamalinee Mukherjee) & Kali (Meena Kumari Perera) - separately identify the corpse as Kutty Srank (Mammootty), a boatman who had touched each of their lives in different ways & recount their memories to police inspector Paskal (Sreekumar).

Neelakantan (Harishree Ashokan), a down-on-the-luck young man, neck in debt & unable to hold down a job, steals & pawns his wife Savithri's (Aswathi) golden "aranjanam" (waist band) with the local rich man Ravunni (Innocent) to raise some money. The aranjanam starts a long string of issues for Neelakantan & Ravunni after Neelakantan gets hell from Savithri for pawning the jewellery & Ravunni starts getting obsessed with the aranjanam & subsequently, with Savithri herself.

Set in Chellanam, Kochi, the story of Ee. Ma. Yau revolves around the death of Vavachan Mesthiri in a coastal village. It showcases the events that unfold between two evenings and looks at death from different perspectives. (imdb)
