The action takes place in the late 1970s. The main character of "Skin" is a teenager - Frank Epstein, who tries to get rid of sharing tough life with his father (Jew) who painfully experienced the Holocaust during war. To make matters worse, Franek's mother dies of a cancer and frustration of the boy increases. Tired of this cruel life, the teenager decides to become a member of local skinheads' group. He also discovers the neo-Nazi ideology.
