Prabhu is asked by his Principal to invite the Governor of Tamil Nadu, Kakarla to be the chief guest on the annual day of the college.When he goes to invite Kakarlal, he bumps into his daughter, Shruthi (Nagma), and instantly falls in love with her. To propose his love for her, he joins in the same dance class as her. She too subsequently gets to know more about him, and falls in love with him. The question of whether Prabhu will become a victim or a victor drives the rest of the story.

A comedy of errors with identical quadruplets, separated at birth, coming together as adults. Quadruplets of a rich family are separated at birth by a jealous uncle. One of them ends up with the real father, and grows up to be a suave millionaire. The other three end up in various places: one becomes a fireman, another a wedding cook, and the last a thug. A small boy (Ratnavelu) from Tamilnadu sees his father, a labor leader, killed in cold blood by a policeman. He kills the policeman and runs away to the city of Bombay.
