After the death of his father Krishnan (Surya Sivakumar) due to throat cancer, the son Surya (Surya Sivakumar), a major in the NSG, on his way to a rescue mission, reminisces about his life and how his father often came across it as a hero and inspiration.

Caught stealing a pittance from his father for booze with his friends, Prabhu questions his father's responsibility towards his upbringing. His angry father gives him some of his savings and tells him to do something with his life. Prabhu purchases a bike and finds a job. The bike is then lost and he sets out to find it.
