Reina Kondou

In a city known as "the Hole", a clan of Sorcerers have been snatching people off the streets to use as guinea pigs for "experiments". In a dark alley, Nikaidou found Kaiman, a man with a reptile head and no memories. To undo his curse, they're hunting and killing Sorcerers in the Hole, hoping that eventually they'll kill the right one. When En, the head Sorcerer, gets word of a lizard-man slaughtering people, he sends a crew of "cleaners" into the Hole, igniting a war.

In the game, the player takes the role of an unnamed former little senior league baseball ace who lost his or her baseball career after suffering an unspecified injury. The character moves to his or her grandmother's hometown and enrolls in the local high school, resolved never to enter the world of baseball again. When the character meets Tsubasa Arihara, he or she is persuaded to be the manager of the school's baseball team, and to take the team to the high school nationals at Koshien.

Nina Iseri leaves high school, aims for Tokyo university. One girl betrayed by friends, another abandoned by parents, both struggle with part-time jobs. Yet, they all long for a place to belong and find solace through singing.

Akihabara is the center of the universe for the coolest hobbies and quirkiest pleasures. In spring 1999, the bright Nagomi Wahira moves there and dreams of working in a maid café.
