Marvin Shector (John Ratzenberger) and his wife are excited to finally realize their dream of owning a sleep-away camp. But it soon dawns on them that there's a lot more work (and less fun) involved in the enterprise than they first believed. The first batch of campers are decidedly unruly, the facilities aren't quite up to snuff, and the counselors -- especially Roger (Brian Robbins) and sweet Ava (Jennifer Aniston) -- want to fall in love.

Jesse, an alien is sent to Earth and finds himself in Los Angeles. His only companion is a floating, orb-shaped parole officer named Control. Doomed to stay on Earth until he can show compassion, Control helps him u lead as normal a life as possible, but not knowing Earthly ways he often finds himself in trouble.
