Rohini

When Unnikrishnan (Jayaram), although highly educated, finds it difficult to get a teaching job, he applies for the job of a private detective with a firm called Secret Files. As a trainee, he is asked to find out the details of Arundathi Nair (Rohini), the daughter of a rich businessman Ananthapadmanabhan (Sukumaran), as part of a marriage proposal investigation. Little did he know that two other trainees are also on the case - Oomen Koshy (Jagathy Sreekumar) & Premshankar (Manian Pillai Raju).

Ravi (Mammootty) has a content & happy life with his wife Indu (Poornima Jayaram) and his daughter Minimol (Anju). They befriend & give shelter to Radha (Rohini), a girl on the run from her step-father. Ravi's well-set life is shattered one fateful night, when his wife gets gang-raped & later Radha is shocked to find that her lover Venu (Ratheesh) is also amongst the accused.

Balakrishnan (Mohanlal), a jobless graduate, comes to the forest of Koolankolli with this best friend elephant Vinayan, for hauling timber. There, he teams up with a Forest Ranger Sunny Varghese (Mukesh) & a caseworker Jose (Babu Nampoothiri), to stop the illegal cannabis cultivation & sandalwood thefts of Madathil Raghava Panicker (Thilakan) & his son (Suresh Gopi). He also gets close to Sreedevi (Karthika), Panicker's niece, whom Panicker wanted for his son to marry to get hold of her wealth.

Shyam (Reghu), who leaves his house after his father re-marries after his mother's death, reaches a mountainside village in search of his uncle Shankunni (Manavalan Joseph). There, he gets a job of driving the horse-cart of local bigwig & womanizer Thampurankutty (Mohanlal). Shyam falls in love with Shankunni's best friend Ganapathi Iyer's (Adoor Bhasi) daughter Meenu (Rohini). As their marriage got fixed, Thampurankutty's eyes fall on Meenu & he tries to get Meenu for himself.

Virumaandi (Kamal Hassan) lives a lighthearted lifestyle, never taking things very seriously. Kothala Thevar (Pasupathy), a big name in town, has set his sights on Virumaandi's property and wants it so badly that he'll hand over his own niece, Annalakshmi (Abhirami), in exchange for it. What Virumaandi doesn't realize is that Kothala is only using him to get back at his nemesis Nallamanaicker (Napolean), prompting a battle for honor and freedom. (Netflix)

Achuthankutty Nair (Nedumudi Venu), an edgy, overprotective man, lived with a tight grip on his wife Rugmini (Rohini Hattangadi) & daughters Ashwathy (Rohini) & Karthika & oft picked fights with the tenants of the neighboring men's hostel, with their leader Vipin (Balachandra Menon) being Achuthankutty's prime adversary. After Achuthankutty suddenly dies of a heart attack, however, Rugmini & her daughters are deserted by family & friends, & Vipin turns out to be the only one they could count on.

Omanakuttan (Shankar), the new bank manager in the village of Kinginikkara, gets into a fix when two salient local ladies, Maheswariyamma (Lakshmi) & Thankamani Kunjamma (Srividya), each believe he was in love with their daughter. Omanakuttan, who really only loved Thankamani's daughter Kavitha (Sabitha Anand), gets scared & runs away to Ooty where he meets a mysterious stranger who saves his life. Hearing Omanakuttan's plight, the stranger agrees to come back with Omanakuttan & clean things up.

Samu (Mohanlal), a married man with a mentally unstable wife, Leelamma (Urvashi), becomes emotionally involved with Annie (Ramya Krishna), a girl whom he rescues from an accident.

Young wanderer poet & novelist Sabari (Jayaram), while staying at the government guest house working on his latest novel, meets & falls in love with Devi (Shobana), daughter of judge Rajasekharan Nair, who was in town to investigate corruption accusations against minister Ongalloor Sadasivan (K.P. Ummer). However Sabari's hopes are shattered when he learns that Devi is mute.

Righteous cop Krishnakumar's (Mohanlal) sister Sheela (Rohini) is found raped & murdered & her husband Babu (Rahman) found brutally assaulted the day after their wedding, during their honeymoon. Krishnakumar tries to bring his sister Sheela's murderers to justice.

Ajayan (Mammootty), a rich businessman who rose to the top by ruthlessly mowing down everyone in his path, gets besotted with his new secretary Ambili (Supriya Pathak) & proposes marriage. However, when he learns that Ambili had a boyfriend, Ashok (Mukesh), Ajayan goes wild with rage & threatens to kill Ashok. On the day of their engagement, when Ashok goes missing, the blame falls on Ajayan.

Financier Damodaran (Thilakan) who had ruthlessly chicaned his younger brother Vishwambaran (Narendra Prasad) to build his own empire, gets a rude shock when his eldest son Uthaman (Vijayaraghavan), along with Uthaman's father-in-law Vasu (Oduvil Unnikrishnan), cheats him out of all his wealth, leaving him broke. However, Damodaran's second son Chandrankunju (Mukesh), whom Damodaran had considered the black sheep of the family & had always neglected, comes to his aid.

In this threequel to 'In Harihar Nagar', Thomaskutty (Asokan) buys a supposedly haunted mansion from an old lady, Dorothy Fernandes, with the intention of starting a tourist resort there. However, in order to convince the townsfolk that the mansion wasn't really haunted, Thomaskutty requests his old friends Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindankutty (Siddique) & Appukkuttan (Jagadish) to stay there with him for a week. However, soon they realize that there were evil forces at work in the mansion.

Angry at the law which allowed his wife's rapists & murderers to go scot free citing lack of evidence, benign doctor Ramachandran (Mammootty) turns into a vigilante by night & finishes off the culprits one by one. Certain of Ramachandran being the person behind the murders, but frustrated by the lack of evidence against him, cop Gopinathan (Captain Raju) investigates the case & tries to stop Ramachandran.

Bachelor pilot Balachandran (Mammootty) finally agrees to get married after constant prodding by his father, retired Major Vishwanatha Menon (Madhu), but a few days before his wedding, he stumbles across his ex-girlfriend Rekha (Suhasini) & as he later learns, his illegitimate child Ramya (Shalini).

Mathu Pandaram (Mohanlal), a drifter from Ochira, moves into a small hamlet & starts a door-to-door hawking which brings him close to the womenfolk. A serial womanizer, he knocks up his pal & neighbor Narayanan's (Nedumudi Venu) wife Gomathiyamma (Seema). Gomathiyamma confesses to her mistake & Narayanan brings up the child from that affair, Kuttappan, as his own. But Kuttappan (Mohanlal) turns out to be a replica of Pandaram in looks & this causes him humiliation while growing up & as an adult.

Dr. Savithri (Sumalatha) is forced to save the life of the person she hated the most - death row convict Aravindan (Mammootty), who had killed her father Madhava Menon (Karamana Janardanan Nair), after he escapes from jail & is subsequently shot by the cops. After saving Aravindan's life, Savithri gets a chance to listen to the circumstances regarding the murder from nurse Tresa (Parvathi), which puts things in a different light for her & she starts thinking about letting Aravindan escape again.

In the patrician Mangalath family, the patriarch (Thilakan) rules over with an iron hand, with his daughter Bhargavi (K.P.A.C. Lalitha) & her family impatiently waiting for his death to lay their hands on the family wealth. Into this walks in Miranda (Shobana), the patriarch's estranged son's daughter, born & raised in Mumbai, after leaving her promiscuous mother & lecherous stepfather behind. Miranda finds a home at the Mangalath mansion, but her mother & stepfather follow suit to get her back.

In Kochi, Swarnavel (Indrajith), a Tamil migrant worker, is in love with Marathakam (Parvathi), who had escaped from a bad marriage. Rich spoilt brat Sony Vadayattil (Rajeev Pillai), with the aid of his pal & seasoned felon Jyothilal (Prithviraj), tries to get back his lost love, actress Suryaprabha (Rima Kallingal). Meanwhile, Jyothilal knocks off rich businessman Punoose (Rajesh Hebbar) for Sony, causing Punoose's widow Viji (Shwetha Menon) to seek revenge against Jyothilal & Sony.

Josie John (Jayasurya), the only son of single mother Padma (Rohini), doesn't take life seriously & always goofs off with his friends, saddening Padma, who had her hopes pinned on him. Josie loses his mother to an accident, but in a quirk of fate, Josie's father John Varghese (Lal), who had gone missing 20 years ago at sea & had since been presumed dead, returns. Josie's joy is short-lived however when seeing his indisciplined life, John takes him to task to instill some disciple in his life.

Thieves Ramu (Sreenath) & Raju (Sukumaran) hide out at the house of a girl, Girija (Rohini), after Ramu kills someone. Raju, the kindhearted of the two, develops brotherly feelings towards Girija, but Ramu, the bestial one, tries to rape her. Kicked out of the house, Ramu joins the area's rich womanizer John Thomas (Balan K. Nair) & plots revenge against Raju. Meanwhile, rumors spread in the village connecting Raju & Girija, jeopardizing Girija's relationship with her lover Gopi (Shankar).

Dr Arjun (Fahad Fazil) is a young oncologist who lives in a posh apartment in the world's biggest and expensive building in Dubai, Burg Khalifa. Because of his lavish lifestyle and spendthrift attitude, Dr Arjun gets into a huge debt with credit card companies. Over the period that he lives in Dubai and in Kerala, Dr Arjun's life gets completely intertwined by the three women who enter his life. Soman), his wife Padmavathi (Jayabharathi) & Padmavathi's niece Nimmy (Karthika) come to Kodaikanal for a month's vacation, where they meet & befriend orphan guide Raju (Mohanlal). 18-year old Jessy aka Sreekutty (Rohini) runs away from home after constant fighting between her divorced parents Sreekantan Nair (Jose Prakash) & Dr. Susan Jacob (K.R. Vijaya) over her future. She ends up at Eve's Beauty Parlor run by Elizabeth (Sukumari), which was on the brink of ruin due to lack of good talent. An expert beautician, she saves the salon, & also gets close to Elizabeth's son & videographer Emil (Rahman). However, word of her presence leaks out & her dad comes looking for her.

Gautam (Vineeth Sreenivasan), a businessman & heir to the family pharmaceutical company whose flagship product is a memory aid supplement, but who himself suffers from a bad memory, falls in love with Nithya (Namitha Pramod), a sand artist who has short-term memory loss. Gautam tries to reintroduce himself & rekindle their relationship again & again, to make her remember him for good, & also tries to cope with opposition from his family over this.

Chethimattathu Philip, popularly known as Sir C.P., is an orphan brought up by 2 unmarried women (Seema & Rohini). A self-aggrandizing & under-educated businessman, C.P. runs his own college, where he is the principal. C.P. takes a liking to Alice (Honey Rose), whom he employs but later has a fallout.
