Kichamani (Suresh Gopi) meditates in corruption-related activities at the govt. level, on a commission basis. His firm is a boon to the poor who otherwise have to go through a lot of trouble to get things done at the government level. Kichamani gets a strong opponent in Devanarayanan (Biju Menon), who is a prominent politician.
