Kappalu Muthalali
Anaparambil Bhoominathan (Ramesh Pisharody), a passport office employee, who has to give half his salary every month to a mysterious stranger, per the will from his late father, struggles to make ends meet. Finally, he decides to quit his job & start a resort, but his plans are foiled when an ancient yacht is dug up in the land he bought for the resort. Govt officials from the Archeology department descend on the plot & takes it off his hands, leaving Bhoominathan strapped for cash.

D.I.G. Mohan Shankar (Suresh Gopi), forced to deliver the ransom money for a hostage, Hema (Sarayu), the daughter of businessman Satharam (Shanawas), was in for a rude shock when he loses the money, is beaten up & the hostage killed. Retreating from the limelight, Mohan goes to the coastal town of Kanyakumari to continue his stalled research. But he runs into his old enemies there again, but before he could nab them using the force of the law, they strangely started getting killed one by one.

The arrival of Pavanan Parassala (Suraaj Venjarammoodu) in the hamlet, who claimed to be a famed director, changes Omanakuttan's life when he is roped in to fund a film & act in it. But Pavanan turns out to be a sham & Omanakuttan is stuck with the job of finishing the film himself.

Anoop Chandran (Indrajith), a famed writer, who often gets an extrasensory perception of his own life from a deity (Lakshmi Lahari), foresees his own death & decides to write one final novel before he dies. Escaping a bad marriage & a nagging wife Meera (Sarayu), Anoop takes off on a journey with his mistress, the famous dancer Gatha (Mamta Mohandas). Gatha has another aim - to find Anoop's ex-flame & college-mate Satyabhama Pisharasyar (Dhanya Mary Varghese), whom Anoop still missed badly.

DCP Madhava Menon (Mohanlal) of Mumbai police, also known as "Mad Maddy" because of his temperamental character, is an encounter specialist who kills off criminals rather than risk them getting off via legal loopholes. Maddy's teenage daughter is kidnapped by a child sex trafficking gang led by Khais Khanna (Murli Sharma) & smuggled to Kerala with the intention of selling them off overseas. Maddy follows suit & gets hot on their pursuit.

Poor & envious of rich people, Asokan (Sreenivasan) lives a mundane life with his family. In a twist of fate, Asokan inherits some land from his late sister, which is now being sought by a construction firm who had paid some advance cash for it. Sensing opportunity, he takes advantage of the firm & becomes a freeloader. Egged on by his neighbor Onachan (Nedumudi), Asokan also gets the idea of having a fling & tries to woo a young girl Rupa (Aishwarya Nambiar) for it, all with disastrous results.

Sachithanandan aka Sachi (Jayaram) has the perfect family, with a loving wife, Shyama (Meera Jasmine), & a daughter Kunji (Anikha Surendran). His life is turned upside down when his childhood pal Jose (Manoj K. Jayan) comes for a vacation from Dubai & coaxes Sachi into having a fling with Rose (Sarayu Mohan), a woman he had met in Dubai. Sachi backs out at the last moment & flees the hotel where he was staying with Rose, but Shyama finds out about it nonetheless, & she stops speaking to Sachi.
