Radheysham Tiwari (Paresh Rawal), although a big industrialist, hates all things modern and loves his peaceful rural life. After constant nagging by his wife, Anjali (Shoma Anand), they move to the city. There, Radheysham Tiwari's peaceful life is shattered as he starts suspecting Anjali of having an affair with Jeetu (Akshaye Khanna), a local electric goods store owner.
