A lady cop from Hong Kong teams up with the CIA to bring down a criminal organization in the Philippines which is pumping millions of forged US dollars into the market. Matters are complicated by two female assassins from Japan who are each independently hired to take out the criminal leader.
Michiko Nishiwaki, is playing a femme fatale dressed, appropriately enough, in black, who seeks to exact revenge on Moon Lee's police officer by seducing her husband.
