Police Commissioner Mohamed Maideen Khan (Napoleon) is on the task of cleaning up Chennai mafia, of which the two prominent & warring gangs are Alibhai's (Prakash Raj), of which Tamizh (Vijay), a goon who does anything for money, is a part of & Narasimhan's.
