Arjun (Siddharth), grandson of wealthy businessman Krishna Rao (Nageshwara Rao) & wife (Waheeda Rehman), settled in Germany, is busy enjoying life & hates the idea of marriage. His grandma wanted to get him married, but she dies before this could happen. Krishna Rao retuns to India & Arjun follows, where Krishna Rao insists on his marriage.
