In this sequel to 'Uppukandam Brothers (1993)', the family feud between the Uppukandam family & the Ettuveettil family continues. Ettuveettil Ganeshan (Richard), the son of Ananthan Pillai who was killed in the prequel, returns to the village to seek revenge against Uppukandam. Ganeshan is aided by Sraampikkal Sathyaneshan (Rajmohan Unnithan) who is bitter about his own brother's death at the hands of Uppukandam. They use Seban (Shameer Khan), the youngest member of Uppukandam, as a pawn.
D.I.G. Mohan Shankar (Suresh Gopi), forced to deliver the ransom money for a hostage, Hema (Sarayu), the daughter of businessman Satharam (Shanawas), was in for a rude shock when he loses the money, is beaten up & the hostage killed. Retreating from the limelight, Mohan goes to the coastal town of Kanyakumari to continue his stalled research. But he runs into his old enemies there again, but before he could nab them using the force of the law, they strangely started getting killed one by one.
The two prominent families in town, that of Pareil Pappu's (Janardanan) & that of Mampalli Chackappan's (V.K. Sriraman), were always at loggerheads, with most conversations resulting in fisticuffs. Pappu's dreaded nephew Antony (Suresh Gopi) poses a constant headache for Chackappan, but Chackappan's daughter Nimmy (Divya Unni) & Antony fall in love. Chackappan & Pappu forget their differences & unite, but soon after, Pappu is shot dead by a mysterious sniper & Antony sets out to find the killer.
Two prominent families & business rivals, the Uppukandam brothers, Kariachan (Captain Raju), Paulachan (Keerikkadan Jose), Xavichan (Babu Antony), Josekutty (Jagadish) & Thankachan (Baiju), & the Ettuveettil Pillais, headed by Ananthan Pillai (Rajan P. Dev) & his sons & nephews, have been feuding for years, aggravated by the fact that Xavichan had gone to jail for killing Vasu Pillai (Johny) of the Ettuveettil family, who in turn had killed Roy Mathews (Siddique), Xavichan's brother-in-law.
Two petty thieves - "Paathira" Thankappan (Sreenivasan) & "Thorappan" Thoma (Mukesh) - gets wrongly accused of attempted murder after a failed robbery attempt & gets jailed. Thankappan gets out on parole & disappears. Thoma also gets out soon after on parole & when he drives a car to Madras in return for some money, he gets mixed up in a conflict between two rival crime gangs & goes on the run with Thankappan, whom he runs across in Madras, with a cop Vincent D'souza (Jagadish) also after them.
Sunny (Jayaram) & Kariya (Jagadish) join as debt collectors at Pulikkattil Financiers run by Mathew Pulikkadan (Jagathi), where they meet Alice (Urvashi). Sunny falls for Alice & Kariya falls for Alice's sister Annie (Usha) & to marry them, Sunny & Kariya find grooms for their elder sisters - Thommichan (Sukumaran), a lawyer & Williams (Babu Antony), a karate expert. Together, they try to win back the sisters' ancestral property from their evil neighbor Diwakara Panicker who had kicked them out.
Kottayam Kunjachan (Mammootty), an infamous thug, gets released from prison & comes to the village of Odankara to rehabilitate, where he befriends Mikhail's (Innocent) family. Kunjachan takes a fancy to Mikhail's daughter Mollykutty (Renjini), but his intentions are misinterpreted & he is ostracized. Then Mikhail & his brother-in-law Korah (Sukumaran) gets killed & the blame falls on Kunjachan.
Two young men, 'Vaikundam' Shankar (Shankar) & 'Kailasam' Raju (Manian Pillai Raju), comes to rich businessman T.P. Bhaskaran Nair's (Adoor Bhasi) house in search of a job, with recommendation letters from Nair's lawyer & auditor. They initially get jobs at his factory, & later Shankar gets appointed as his driver. Shankar & Nair's daughter Sindu fall in love, but Nair wanted to marry her off to his nephew from Bombay, Gopi (Sreenath). Gopi locks horns with Shankar, over Sindu.
