After an event named the Global Freeze, Shinnosuke is visited by a young man who claims to be his son from the future. He warns Shinnosuke that a year from now, Mr. Belt's AI will go berserk and lead to the Roidmudes overtaking humanity.

Three months after the Roidmude threat has ended, Takeru and Shinnosuke are sent back 10 years into the past, where Shinnosuke encounters Mr. Belt before they had originally met while Takeru finds his father before he passes away.

A new Roidmude appears and grants full human emotions to Chase. Chase, now possessing the emotions he wanted to feel, attempts to integrate into humanity, but becomes uncertain when he realizes the dangers of what Roidmude is doing.

Mach tries to help an ex-convict prove her innocence after she becomes a murder suspect. Meanwhile, Heart assists the police in investigating Roidmude-like beings.

A time loop created by the Shocker resets whenever someone dies, but whenever the loop resets Shocker itself somehow grows stronger and stronger. The Riders must decide whether to keep on fighting a useless battle or end the loops for good by sacrificing one of their own.
