A girl from the country arrives at a university looking for her boyfriend. She befriends a student and together they take part in Professor Hirayama's seminar on shyness.

Two sexually energized young women who live in a high-rise apartment building happen one day to spy from their window a mother and son making love in the apartment across from theirs. They decide to stage a rescue attempt to free him and in the process one of the young women ends up falling in love with the son despite having a boyfriend and enjoying sex with her female companion. One evening, a porn projectionist seems troubled after seeing a movie in which a man wearing a red snake tattoo on his thigh rapes and kills a schoolgirl in the woods. He thinks the girl witnessed a rape and murder he committed in the past in similar circumstances. He confronts her but she seems to know nothing about the incident.
